Wendover Forest Centre Cafe Lease

The Forestry Commission (FC) invites prospective bidders to tender for the opportunity to operate a Café lease from the newly constructed 'Wendover Woods Café' at Wendover Forest Centre, near Aylesbury, Bucks (HP22 5NQ). Our intention is to award this Lease for a period of ten years. Break is available within the lease after Year 5 (on the fifth anniversary of the term commencement date). A full copy of the draft Lease will be available in the tender pack to be published 18/02/19. The total value of this Lease over the entire period, (as detailed above), will be in the region of £10M.
