RAISE - Adult CEIAG Provision Opportunity

The Growth Company is the prime contractor for the Greater Manchester ESF-funded Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme, which operates under the contract brand "RAISE". RAISE provides an underpinning all-age approach to CEIAG which is complementary to other interventions supporting 'at risk' young people and specific groups of adults. The programme is split between two target groups: • Theme 1: Young people who are 15-18 or up to 25 with SEND and Care Leavers • Theme 2: Adults 19+ who are unemployed or economically inactive We are seeking supply chain partners that are able to support Theme 2 - Adults aged 19+ who are unemployed or economically inactive. Supply chain partners should demonstrate: • Experience and a successful track record of delivering impartial CEIAG services • Relevant expertise and accreditations, e.g. Matrix Standard • Established referral, engagement, and progression routes for unemployed adults, including specified cohorts of adult customers • Staffing capacity to deliver careers guidance in Greater Manchester from January 2018.
