Description
The programme must be designed to deliver the Health & Safety in a Construction Environment Level 1 & the CSCS Card Registration & Test Service Providers will be required to work with and support participants aged 16 - 29 who are interested in a career in the construction sector. Prior to the start of the programme the Service Provider will be required to deliver a pre-course introduction/briefing to help the participants understand the course content (practical and theory), and how it will support their career aspiration plus providing information on relevant jobs in the sector. The programme should be delivered over 3 days and provide all learning materials and resources Service Providers should provide access to technology and utilise a variety of learning techniques to support the different learning styles of participants Service Providers should provide a professional and supportive environment to encourage participants to successfully complete the programme Service Providers must ensure that participants understand the legal requirements of working with & handling hazardous materials Service Providers must ensure that participants gain an understand of terminology, machinery, equipment and tools Service Providers to offer 121 support to participants, if required
