51166 & 51164 Meregarth & Pybus Court Sheltered Housing Remodel

The refurbishment of 2 sheltered housing buildings divided into 1 and 2 bed room flats including associated external works. The project is to be completed in two phases, with works at- Mere Garth commencing first, followed by Pybus Court, on the completion and takeover of Mere Garth. The works include internal remodelling, structural repairs and alterations and a complete overhaul of mechanical and electrical services.
