Support and Maintenance of Laser Card Engravers

Modification Notice Original description: Laser Card Engraving Machines - Support and Maintenance. The requirement is to obtain Support and Maintenance services for the existing Mühlbauer Laser Card engraving machines installed in Ty Felin and at Morriston from 9 December 2018 for a period of 2 years with the option to extend by up to 1 year (6 months plus 6 months). This equipment is used to produce all polycarbonate cards (Driving Licences, Tacho Cards, Driver Qualification Cards and Bio-metric Residency Permit Cards) for DVLA/DfT and Home Office.
