Description

MDDC are seeking to appoint RICS accredited Valuers to provide valuation services during the financial years 2026 – 2030 with the option to extend this for a further two years subject to performance. The broad scope of the services to be provided are as follows. 1. Council homes, Right to Buy reports and Gross Rental Valuation for both freehold house’s and leasehold flats. (Council Houses, Bungalows and Leasehold Flats) 2. Valuation and Condition reports of freehold houses, bungalows and leasehold flats that may be repurchased by the Council 3. Rent Setting and Rent Reviews of the Council’s Housing Revenue Account Retail Units 4. Valuation of land for residential development purposes 5. Valuation of small parcels of non-residential land 6. Provision of Energy Performance Certificate’s for retail and residential properties
