Quotations are invited for the provision of: A Traffic Study Investigating Queen Adelaide Level Crossings. A study is required to be undertaken to understand the current situation at the three Queen Adelaide level crossings from a road rather than rail perspective. Following the review of the current situation investigation is required into future usages and some potential improvements. The specification below provides more detail on the various elements required. The Authority’s detailed requirements are defined in Part 2 - Specification of the Request for Quotation Document. The Deadline for clarification questions is Thursday 29 September 2016 by 17:00. The Deadline for response is Friday 7 October 2016 by 17:00.
