Description
This contract is for Works at Durham History Centre (DHC), including newbuild extension and refurbishment of Grade II listed manor house.This Project is to be funded primarily by Durham County Council capital funds. In addition, the Council has submitted an application for funding to National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Wolfson Foundation (funding confirmed) to support the delivery of the scope and achievement of the strategic objectives for this project. It is to be noted that this contract comes with a 24 months defects period, Social Value - Themes Outcomes Measures (TOMS) Commitments (2019 version) will apply to this contract, It is to be noted that this Contract will include the novation of a design team to the successful bidding organisation.
