We propose the supplier's research will encompass three areas. •A strategic overview of the role councils play in the current land management policy framework. •An exploration of the role councils could play in a reformed land management policy framework including transitional and post-2024 CAP successor arrangements. •An exploration of the interplay between rural land management and the future growth funding landscape in non-metropolitan areas including the UKSPF and Local Industrial Strategies.
