Description
This programme is designed to support eligible participants who are living with barriers which prevents their progressions. Service Providers will deliver one to one counselling to enable participants to work through their issues and concerns. The counselling should provide practical tools to help them address their barriers and to see themselves and their future more positively. Service Providers can deliver between 6 -12 counselling sessions with each lasting between 45 - 90 minutes, depending on the needs of the participant. o Service Provider should be experienced in providing a non-judgemental, professional, compassionate and confidential counselling service o Service Provider should be able to provide flexible and adaptive counselling to cater for the needs of the diverse participants o Service Provider should be equipped to deal with a wide range of barriers such as:
