Provision of Hillingdon's Growth Plan and Strategic Asset Review

Hillingdon Council is working to transform its approach to place-making and asset management, taking a proactive approach to support the delivery of wider corporate objectives. To effectively navigate these challenges and opportunities, the council is seeking to commission the combined development of a Local Growth Plan and Strategic Asset Management Plan to support its place ambitions. This project brief proposes two work packages intended to run concurrently. The tender should be priced by package, and the costs for each stage of work should be set out across a 30-week programme.
