DFID 7939 Health Sector Procurement and Public Financial Management (PPFM) Contract Amendment No 2

This amendment relates to (a) an increase up to a maximum of £1,749,906 in the Financial Limit of the Contract in order to position the PPFM Programme to better respond to the Health Sector challenges and opportunities resulting from the transition to Federalism in Nepal and allow technical assistance to be channelled to the national, provincial, and local level spheres of Government as part of the Federalism process; (b) a time extension to the contract until 31 December 2022; and (c) the application of updated Terms and Conditions of Contract which will apply from the date of completion of this amendment.
