Provision of an effective OH service, accessible for all NHS England staff accessible across the country. An effective service will promote access to work, wellbeing, and on-going positive physical and mental health of our staff and ensures NHS England can discharge its statutory responsibilities arising from the Equality Act 2010 and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated guidance, regulation and legislation.
