Martinshaw Lane Development

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council would like to invite Contractors to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for consideration in preparing a Select list to Tender for the Design and Construction of a Development at Martinshaw Lane in Groby, Leicestershire. The current proposal includes for the construction of Nine, One and Two bedroom Bungalows which will be made available for rent to the elderly as part of the Council’s Social Housing Stock and for which Planning Approval has been granted.
