They will package and dispatch certificates securely to various recipients (employers, apprentices, schools, colleges, training providers) using tracked delivery. The service includes integration of tracking data with DfE systems, proof of delivery reporting, artwork amendments, management of undelivered certificates, and secure destruction of returned items.
