Description
Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association have established a three year non-binding framework agreement with the option in year three to extend the framework period by up to a further twelve months, subject to continued satisfactory performance reviews. Works will be let via a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with standard amendments. The opportunity was sub divided into four lots as detailed below, the estimated value relates to the maximum four year term. Lot 1 - Installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms and Associated Works - GBP 1,225,000 Lot 2 - Boiler Replacements and Associated Works - GBP 700,000 Lot 3 - Electrical Rewires and Associated Works - GBP 270,000 Lot 4 - Installation of Windows and Doors - GBP 210,000 Procurement for Housing have been appointed by Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association to facilitate this tendering exercise.
