Plastering & Works Contract

This contract is for a Plastering, General Carpentry and Building works contractor to deliver installation, replacement, and maintenance as a reactive service. This contract is to maintain our properties throughout the borough. The works we are expecting to carry out are: • Small, Medium and Large Plastering Repairs • Internal and external rendering. • Any other associated general building works to allow plastering/ rendering work to be completed. • Drying out of buildings where instructed.( To allow plastering work to be completed)
