Internal restoration and conversion works to 123-127 Church Street, Stoke, ST4

Appoint a contractor to undertake the restoration and conversion of the upper floors of Church Street and building to the rear of Church Street (Along Consort Street) to 19no. residential units. The works include M&E first fix, restoration of the building fabric, roof repairs/replacement, repair/replacement of detailed features, rainwater goods, leadwork and door replacement. Work will be part funded by the Stoke HSHAZ project (Historic England/Stoke-on-Trent City Council).
