Community Engagement Pilot

Software pilot for Environment Agency North East (EANE) to test sharing information with members of the public about the role of the Environment Agency. Environment Agency North East (EANE) wish to engage with citizens at scale across 5 locations to deliver a mix of conversations including sharing information, collecting opinion and sentiment and building informative trails. The locations will flow and connect to each other. The services to be provided include: - System setup, architecture provisioning, testing, and go-live activities - Facilitate ongoing testing and further customisation of the knowledge base to maintain focus on EA priorities and deliverables throughout license period
