Refresh 2 - Care at Home Services Lots 2, 3 and 4

Warwickshire County Council and NHS Coventry and Warwickshire CCG are seeking further tenders for some of their Care at Home services. This is a refresh tender for Lot 2 (supported Living), Lot 3 (Live In Care) and Lot 4 (Complex Clinical Care) to allow new providers to apply for a contract for these services. (Note: Providers who were successful in being awarded a contract previously should not re-apply for any Lots they were awarded). During the life of these contracts the services may be modified and varied in order to meet the changing needs and demands of WCC, the CCG's and the customers. These changes could include (but aren't limited to) initiatives to deal with short term emergencies, facilitating hospital discharge, prevention, night-sits etc. Please note Lot 1 Domiciliary Care is not being refreshed
