Community Engagement Services Barclay Close, Becklow Gardens, Pearscroft Road, The Grange

The community engagement specialist will devise and implement fully accessible and innovative consultation and co-production plans for four infill schemes on Hamersmith & Fulham Council HRA sites at Barclay Close, Becklow Gardens, Pearscroft Road and The Grange. The specialist will support the projects from RIBA stage 1 to stage 3a, when it is expected that a planning application will be submitted. The four infill sites form part of the Council's direct delivery development programme. Across the four sites capacity studies demonstrate 80 new homes could be delivered with a minimum of 50% being affordable. A bespoke consultation and engagement strategy will be required for each site. The contract has been awarded to London Communications Agency.
