Greatie Market is one of Liverpool's most successful and long-established markets, operating every Saturday and provides more than 150 stalls (indoor and outdoor). The existing market building needs repair, refurbishment and expansion. Liverpool City Council (LCC) wish to appoint a lead consultant to lead the enhancement and extension of Greatie Market, covering RIBA Stages 2 through 7.
