CLEANING TENDER (TRUST WIDE CONTRACT)

Victoria Academies Trust is inviting tenders for the provision of contract cleaning services across its portfolio of 11 primary schools located in the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Birmingham, Walsall, and Worcestershire. The contract covers the full delivery of daily term-time and annual deep cleaning services, including the provision of all cleaning staff, supervision, materials, equipment, and quality assurance systems. The successful contractor will be required to supply a fully managed cleaning solution that meets the Trust's specification and standards, including TUPE obligations, safeguarding requirements, and adherence to relevant health and safety legislation. The service must be delivered outside of school hours (unless otherwise stated) and reflect site-specific access and layout needs. The anticipated contract start date is 1 December 2025 and will run for 3 years, with an option to extend for 2 further 1-year periods. The total estimated contract value exceeds the current threshold under the Procurement Act 2023. The service will be delivered on-site at each school location as detailed in the tender documentation.
