Home Support CQC Regulated Services - Bradford West - Barkerend, Manningham, Heaton and Fairweather Green

Further to the award of the Home Support CQC Regulated Services Contracts, the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council has found it necessary to re-provision services in four specific Locality areas, and therefore seeks tenders from providers of Home Support services for personalised support and care to adults in Bradford West The purpose of this contract will be the delivery of a range of personal care and domestic/community support services to individuals in their own homes and will cover support to older people and those with support needs relating to learning disabilities, mental health and/or physical disabilities.
