Description
Wolverhampton Homes require a system to support specialist elevator monitoring units (EMU 3's) to ensure continuity of lift monitoring due to the switchover from the traditional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) telephone lines to fibre lines using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP). The system must: Identify lift trap in's. Identify lift breakdowns. Run lift performance reports. Have regular Autodialler Health Checks conducted as required by EN81-28 This requirement also includes: Annual service visits to the EMU's at all sites. Breakdown call-outs to all EMU's as and when required. System updates / upgrades. 24 hours a day / 365 days per year lift monitoring for trap in's and breakdowns.
