Proposed Modular Classroom Extension, Revised Car Parking and Internal Alterations Forming New Toilets at Penpol School.

The work comprises the design and installation of modular classroom block extension linked to the existing modular unit for Penpol School, 2 St Georges Road, Hayle, Cornwall, TR27 4AH. Associated external works, including ramp and steps for access, plus raised timber deck. Removal of existing external store access doors and partition wall allowing a new access to be formed, including the removal of the existing toilets and associated works forming new lobby and new toilets within. The works also include the revision of the car parking area.
