Planned maintenance of hoists, response repair of stair & through floor lifts and installation of new equipment

The works will consist of the comprehensive preventative maintenance and repair of existing equipment and the supply and installation of new and/or replacement equipment at properties within the Borough of Poole and Bournemouth Borough Council area. This service is to currently needed to support Adult Social Care- Services (ASCS), Children Services (CS), Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) under Borough of Poole (BoP), and Housing and Communities (H&C) under Bournemouth Borough Council (BBC). The requirements may change at any point during the life of the contract and the predicted spend is therefore not a guarantee.
