Description
The Contract will provide a community maintenance and responsive repair service for Care on Call dispersed alarm units which support the independent living of older and vulnerable residents living in Salford. The aim is to: • Provide and maintain an efficient and effective service model; • Provide suitably qualified engineer(s) to deliver the service; • Undertake annual maintenance of dispersed alarm units; • Provide responsive maintenance of dispersed alarm units and pendants, including replacement of batteries; • Provide the service between the hours 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, weekdays only; • Assisting the Care on Call Team to support the independent living of older people and vulnerable service users. The Supplier will provide high quality maintenance and repair service of community alarms, delivered by trained & qualified engineers. The Supplier will support the Service working to ensure equipment remains fully operational and undertake any repairs in a timely manner. The Supplier will maintain a comprehensive record of work undertaken and provide regular report to demonstrate the quality and effectiveness of the service model.
