Stock Condition Survey for 1500 houses (Internals and Externals) and 1500 Flats (Internals only) - AWARD

Oxford City Council have 1500 houses and 1515 flats. As part of the stock condition surveys, we require condition to be assessed for the components as listed in the appendix. We require photographic and video records of general condition and any general issues such as damp and mould, structural failings or tenant alterations.
