Cottam Hall Pavilion refurbishment works including extension to the entrance areas and terrace to provide new viewing and access. The internal areas will be refurbished to meet new building regulations providing a new members meeting area, kitchen, changing rooms and wcs, referees rooms, storage, plant and services.
