South Yorkshire Combined Authority Walking, Wheeling and Cycling Strategy Support

The Authority wishes to procure a consultant to carry out the following services in respect of a three-part commission:\r \r Part 1: Production of the Walking, Wheeling, and Cycling Investment Plan Evidence Base for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) and Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (BMBC) \r \r Part 2: Production of the Walking, Wheeling, and Cycling Investment Plan for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC)\r \r Part 3: Collation and support of Walking, Wheeling, and Cycling Strategy, including mapping for South Yorkshire Combined Authority (SYMCA).
