Building Advisor Service Plan

The University of Cumbria are seeking a BMS (Building Management System) for their Cumbria, Lancaster and Ambleside Campuses including preventative maintenance checks and telephone support the company chosen are the only ones who can manage and control the systems. 2 systems [sigma & continuum] which are now obsolete and with spare parts no longer commercially available.
