NHS Continuing Healthcare Peer Review

The Authority required a Supplier for the provision of an experienced supplier to deliver NHS Continuing Health Care peer reviews. To supplier will be required to: • Support systems to identify and share improving practice which supports personalised, high quality and safe care. • Provide an opportunity to share how local stakeholders deliver on the high impact change model and collaborate to co-produce an improvement plan. • To bring system partners together in a safe space to consider new and better ways of working together, build shared understanding and agree next steps. 4 local systems have been identified to take part in the peer review, the reviews should complete by end of March 2022.
