Patient Safety Investigation Response Framework Training (PSIRF)

County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a contract for Patient Safety Investigation Response Framework Training (PSIRF) to Medled Ltd via the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub Training and Development Services. CDDFT elected to use a direct award in this instance as there has been a national fundamental shift in the management of patient safety incidents and it is important that these changes are embedded into the practices of the Trust as soon as possible.
