Decoration and new flooring to first floor. 11. M&E works in support of new layout/ furniture layout. 12. Strip out of existing Data and CCTV cabling. 13. Installation of Cat6a cabling/ containment for new IT and CCTV installations. 14. Removal of redundant cabling and trunking. 15. Plaster of affected areas. 16. New lift installation 17. Install new trunking and data cabling for IT and CCTV. 18. Painting and decoration. 19. Installation of new mechanical and electrical works 20. Installation of new Accessible WC facilities to first floor. 21. External decoration and new entrance signage 22. Replace flat roof coverings and rainwater downpipes including new man safe system 23. Overhaul and decorate external windows 24. Lift and reinstate crazy paving at front and repoint. 25. Decorate metal railings and gate. 26. Replace defective paving slabs to external paths and walkways. 27. Widen disabled ramp to make DDA compliant. 28. Installation of new radiant heat panels and boiler. 29. Installation of new LED based lighting throughout the ground and first floors. 30. Installation of Cat6a cabling/ containment for new IT and CCTV installations.
