KMCCL-037 NHS Complaints Advocacy Service

Tenders are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the Council) from Service Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for NHS Complaints Advocacy Services (the Services). It is anticipated that the contract is to commence on 1 July 2016 and will expire on 30 April 2018 subject to the possibility of an extension of up to a further 12 Months. The Tender Document comprises the Instructions for Tendering, Form of Tender, Contract Conditions, Specification, Suitability Questionnaire, the Pricing Schedule and the Method Statements and other relevant documents and sets out the nature and extent of the requirement and the conditions upon which the Services are to be provided.
