Highways England Wellbeing Services

This contract is for the provision of Wellbeing Services. The Service shall enable the Client to engage Employees in behavioural change to maintain/improve their health and wellbeing. The Supplier shall provide the following core requirements which shall include but not be limited to: - Online health and wellbeing platform, to include but not limited to: o Online health and wellbeing advice and information o Online health assessments and monitoring o Online healthy lifestyle coaching, and o Online live webinars and live podcasts. - Onsite health and wellbeing activities, to include but not limited to: o On-site health assessments and tests, and o Engagement events. - Online and onsite health and wellbeing activities, to include but not limited to: o Publicity and promotional materials. The Supplier shall provide optional extras which shall be provided in addition to the above core requirements, if instructed by the Client: - Online health and wellbeing platform, to include but not limited to: o Online activity challenges o Online e-learning modules, and o Online stress risk assessment survey.
