One Housing sought a consultant to undertake auditing of the Service Charge Accounts on the basis of a 2 year contract with provision to extend for a further 1 year. Following a contract variation, an additional 9,000 units were added to the scope of this contract charged at £10.50 each making a consideration sum of £94,500.
