GLA 81251 Summative Assessment for Better Futures Evaluation

Overview The ERDF-funded Better Futures programme forms part of the Greater London Authority's (GLA) wider Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SME) and low carbon policies. The programme aims to improve the success rates of London's low carbon and circular economy or 'Clean Technology' (Cleantech) SMEs. The GLA wishes to procure an evaluator to carry out a robust evaluation of this programme and determine the outcomes, successes, opportunities for improvement and to what degree the project has met its objectives, targets and if any added value has been achieved by the programme. • an interim evaluation questionnaire, including recommendations on any changes required by the programme to meet its KPIs and collect the required data to enable a smooth summative assessment by 8th March 2019. • a final summative assessment compliant with ERDF guidance (attachment 4) - to be undertaken in 2019, due by 31st December 2019.
