Enable the rapid exploitation of AI and other evolving technologies to aid maturation and gain operational advantage over our adversaries. To provide standalone Proof of Concept (POC) capability based upon existing commercial data sources linked to a large computer processor with associated large storage capacity capable of interacting with and supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms.
