020097 - Denton Festival Hall Derisking Design Team

Appointment of a muti-disciplinary design team (including architectural, structural engineering and quantity surveyor services) to develop plans to RIBA Stage 6 for the de-risking of Denton Festival Hall in readiness for disposal to a developer for residential conversion. Services to include measured survey, outline planning application, strip out works, community space improvement and oversee the works. This is part of the Destination Denton Levelling Up Funding project. The procurement was conducted using a further competition via Constellia Framework.
