Description
Bournemouth University sought tenders on traditional basis (with some contractor's design) for the following: Phase 2 - internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of various floors within Studland House to include the first, third and fourth floor and ground floor toilet area, as defined by the included tender specification documentation. Phase 3 (optional at BU's discretion) - internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of the sixth, seventh and eighth floor of Studland House, as defined by the included tender specification documentation. BU shall have absolute discretion whether or not to proceed with the phase 3 works, with or without the Contractor. Within 12 months of the completion of the Works for phase 2 or, at the sole discretion of BU, prior to such completion BU will notify the Contractor whether it intends to enter into a new contract for the phase 3 works.
