The work comprises: Internal refurbishment and remodelling incorporating the part removal of both ground and first floor internal partitions and the erection of new internal stud partitions to form new office spaces, lockers, storage areas and the like. Part replacement of the existing internal and external doors, with associated replacement flooring and redecoration to client requested areas only. Replacement of two windows to the ground floor and replacement, with adaptations to the existing mechanical services to suit the reconfigured layout
