Contract for HVO Fuel Provision

This is a call-off from ESPO Framework 301_22 The Supply of Liquid Fuels. This contract is for the provision of HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) Fuel to Staffordshire's 13 Household Waste Recycling Centres. The opportunity was advertised on the Council's eTendering platform, Proactis (https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login#) to all providers awarded to Lot 51 of the Framework. A further competition took place assessing price and quality on a 90% and 10% basis.
