Conditions suppliers must meet to bid.
Legal Status: Suppliers must be legally registered to operate in the UK and able to provide evidence of their registration (e.g., Companies House number or VAT registration). Experience: Suppliers should have experience in supplying similar gym or physical education equipment, preferably to schools, within the last 3 years. Compliance with Standards: All equipment supplied must comply with current UK safety standards and regulations applicable to gym and PE equipment. Suppliers must provide relevant product specifications and safety certifications upon request. Insurance Where installation is included as part of the contract, suppliers must hold appropriate public liability insurance covering the installation works. Financial Standing: Suppliers must demonstrate adequate financial stability to deliver a contract of this size. Submission of a basic financial statement or evidence of solvency may be requested. Eligibility: Suppliers must not be subject to any exclusion under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (e.g., bankruptcy, criminal conviction, grave professional misconduct).
