Provision of an Architect-led Multidisciplinary Design Team for Darlington Memorial Hospital Ward Refurbishments (Wards 11, 33, 54 & HDU)

An Architect-Led Multidisciplinary Design Team is required for the Ward 11, 33, 54 & HDU refurbishment taking place at Darlington Memorial Hospital. This design team is urgently required to ensure risk of the entire programme's timeline being affected by a delayed appointment is minimised. This urgency became clear after Procurement liaised with key stakeholders from the Estates sub-group; John Cronin - Capital Programme Lead, and Christopher Robinson - Senior Estates/Project Manager, not only may it affect the timeline of the programme, funding for the design team role is related to the end of the financial year 2021/22.
