Middleware and Software provided eSBC Support Service

This requirement is for a new contract for the supply of a Support Service with Sabio Ltd which will be awarded using CCS framework G-Cloud 13 for one year. This Service is required for Contact Centre Test Automation an integral part of DWP's Contact Centre Infrastructure. Currently there is a gap in support for both the Middleware and virtual Session Border Controllers (eSBC) that form part of the infrastructure required to deliver DWP's Test Automation services.
