Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) Housing First programme

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority ("Contracting Authority") have been awarded 3 years funding by the Ministry of Housing of Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to commission a Housing First programme across all 10 boroughs (i.e. Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport,Tameside, Trafford and Wigan) for people who have complex needs and who are either homeless or inprecarious situations with regards to where they are living. The Provider will deliver a Housing First model of accommodation and support for people in housing needwhose complexity of needs means that the more conventional routes to securing accommodation are notavailable to them.
