Procurement of Letting Agent x 2 for 6 Centre Square, 1 Melrose Street, Middlesbrough TS1 2HZ

Tees Valley Combined Authority seek to procure 2 x Letting Agents for 6 Centre Square, Middlesbrough. This tender will be split into 2 lots: Lot 1 Local/Regional Letting Agent and Lot 2 National agents. Lot 1 will be responsible for identifying and pursuing Local and Regional enquires, whilst Lot 2 will deal with Nationals occupiers. We aim to have letting in place to cover 95% occupany of 6 Centre Square prior to the building being available for use from January/February 2023.
