Home Not Hospital: VCS Support for Admission Avoidance, Discharge, and Recovery

Participation in this procurement is restricted in accordance with Article 3(3) of the Local Government (Exclusion of Non-commercial Considerations) (England) Order 2026. The Authority has determined, prior to inviting tenders, that participation in this procurement is restricted to contractors based within the defined local area of North East Lincolnshire. Accordingly, contractors not based within this local area (being those without substantive business operations in the area, as defined by the Order) will not be permitted to participate. For the purposes of this notice, "local area" means the administrative area of North East Lincolnshire Council. Participation in this procurement is also restricted to Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSE). Accordingly, contractors that are not VCSE's will not be permitted to participate.
